Refunds & Returns
At Yield, we want to keep it real. If you would no longer want any products you have purchased from us, you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact.
If you absolutely couldn’t stand our gummies, we are truly sorry to hear this. We hope you find what you are looking for. Please get in touch with us via email - firstname.lastname@example.org - and if you can’t find a suitable replacement from our product range we will provide you with a refund upon return of the product, minus the cost of your tasters of course.
If you have bought multiple boxes of gummies, you will be refunded on the number of boxes you send back to us, not the total amount you purchased.
If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS FOR ANY DAMAGES/FAULTS OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
Please only send your items back inside a box. If items are sent crushed in small packages we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

- We recommend Hermes or UPS as a much cheaper option than Royal Mail.
You can take your parcel to one of their 4,500+ parcel shops across the UK.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email about your refund, which, once finalised will take 5 working days to land back in your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
Please note: We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company.
Our team work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once it has been placed. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
If you reject your order at the door or don't collect your parcel from a pickup shop, we will refund you once the parcel has reached our fulfilment centre. Our carrier partners charge us £10 for getting the parcel back to us, so this amount will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
